During the last week, I had a chance to work with a someone that I previously had just a bad impression of. However, that all changed after the first phone call I received from him. The impression went from bad to serious dislike and disrespect for his professionalism and maturity.
Never had I have to work late nights for no compensation for a lousy reason like a manager wanting to improve recovery by 100%, all while completely disregarding the welfare of his staff. Treating them like dirt, using foul language and immature comments when giving instructions or querying AND expecting people to agree to the it because 'you know this is how I am'?!?
Such a rude, immature and inconsiderate person I have never in my life thought would exist here... I wonder what the recruiters were thinking when they took him in? Are we that desperate?
