Lady of Leisure

Confession: I didn't exactly go in to work today... at all... even though I was physically there for a while...

I got a call from David asking me to go down to Auto Bavaria Bukit Bintang to test the brand new 320i Sport a little before lunchtime. He got tied up with customers after that so I couldn't confirm the lunch and test drive appointment, but I went down to BB anyways and ended up in Pavilion.

I had first had a walk up to GSC to check if I can purchase tickets for the French Film Fest movie showing on Saturday only to find out I can't buy them till tomorrow. *sighs* So I went for a walk instead in Parkson...

I first went to the lingerie department but I found the service at the area a little lacking compared to what I always got from the ladies at Isetan's lingerie department. I mean, they were nice, the ones that actually talked to me that is, but they mostly ignored me.

So I decided I'll do my shopping back at Isetan for lingerie in the future. I then walked back to the clothing sections looking for Warehouse and chanced upon some really nice skirts! I feel a little bad for buying more stuff for myself but I can't help it. =p The salesperson was really nice and smiley and helpful too! ok I admit, I'm addicted to good service... and I think I've said this before...

Time to go back to work, I think, but first, passing by JCo and noticing the teeny weeny little queue (for once), grabbing a dozen would be wise... So I bought a dozen of various chocolate covered donuts back with me to the office. Yum... I loved the ones with the nuts and stuff as toppings!

I never quite understood what is it about these JCo doughnuts that intrigued the KL public so much so that the queue was always really long to the point that its just snaking around outside the outlet. They have maybe slightly more different flavours than Dunkin, and are less sweet than the Krispy Kreme ones but what's the big deal? hmmm...

But I hear an Original Glazed (which is the only one I can stomach regularly since the rest are even more sweet) is great with a cup of black coffee. Who wants to stop by Sydney or Hong Kong with me for a try? ;-)
