Now, for the Apartment, it deserves this separate posting just for the view alone. The size is definitely something to shout about as well, given that it is easily twice (and maybe thrice) the size of my last apartment in Waterloo by the same developer, and easily three times the size of a Summit Apartment. I can see why the price of rental in this building is quite so high already.
Back to the main topic, what makes it all worth the amount paid – the view! It has a view that tops my Museum Tower apartment by 38 floors (my apartment was on the 30th floor with a very good view of the bay near Woolloomooloo with its 'hundreds' of yatchs on a good Saturday). This apartment has that and more!
It not only includes the view

of the bay but also a view of my previous home and two stadiums and a lot more suburban buildings. The best has to be an aerial view of Hyde Park and the Botanical Gardens. Too bad the Opera House is blocked by other buildings further uptown… otherwise, this place could fetch an even better price really… probably astronomical...
I’m now here sitting down typing this after doing a bit of grocery shopping, gonna go shower now! (Added: The bathtub in my bathroom isn't any bathtub, it has water jets built into the sides! Definitely trumps my bathtub in Waterloo - just as big but without the jets.)
