Neverfull Damier Canvas

I might have or might have not mention before that the Neverfull is one of Louis Vuitton's cheapest roomy bags. It is so affordable in fact, that one and a half year after its release, it is now on so many people's shoulders and arms that my trusty Neverfull hardly sees the light of day anymore.

Lucky I got it very early on (first few months of release in fact, when everyone else are on waiting lists) and have used it to death already. I still love it because of its roomy-ness and lack of weight, but it is a little bit of a turn-off to see so many people toting one when one visits a mall, so I've officially relegated it to work or non-mall visits use.

Late 2007, it was discovered that LV plans to release the Neverfull in Damier Canvas and quite honestly, the bag loving world have been patiently waiting for it for a long time (its now late 2008 after all). The good news is, it has been released since around August 2008 and the bad news is, it is still only available in a handfull of countries e.g. Japan.

A quick search on the internet reveals that bag obsessed girls in US and Canada have established that the bag will be released there mid-November. Many are planning their assault on the stores already as a waiting list is forseable for this bag, just as it was for the last one. =)

As for me, I can only wait patiently for the day it appears on my shores or I may be so lucky as to score a trip to Japan! ;-)
