If you need one more reason to head down to Singapore

Singapore isn't that far from any of us who reside in Malaysia or any other surrounding South East Asian country for that matter. Many would be caught with nothing to say if asked what else is there to do in Singapore other than shopping?

In actual fact, if you do your research properly, there are other things to occupy yourself with while in town. If you haven't been to the famous Singapore Zoo, there is good reason to go, even if only for the Night Safari. At other times, a click over to Sistic will tell you if there are any good musicals, theatre or concerts on at the moment.

However, if you are looking for something different, something unique, perhaps this will pique your interest? The National Museum of Singapore will be hosting an exhibition of Christian Lacroix's works, including costumes and drawings, mostly connected to the stage as he has designed for many a show in his lifetime.

Now this is one exhibition worth seeing! I was fortunate enough to catch the curation at The Met entitled AngloMania: Tradition and Transgression in British Fashion and I believe that this Christian Lacroix exhibition maybe a once in a long time event to come to SEA, so don't miss out!

The exhibition will be held until June 7 at the National Museum of Singapore.
